To achieve a Representative Field, top players from all regions will be invited to participate in the 9-Ball tournament. Tournament will start with a field of sixty-four (64) , twelve (12) of which will be seeded.  Format is double knock-out system, race to nine (9), for  the Eliminations.  In the end, there will be two (2) winners and two (2) losers to comprise the players to play in the semi^_finals.

The semi-finals to finals will be a single knockout system, race to 11. Event will be covered live in both Cable and Free TV.
